We have had a wonderful experience with Daniel Carinci Agency. I was referred to them through a friend when I was shopping around for new home and auto insurance. Janine was easy to work with and responsive. She was able to find me multiple option and didn’t offer any pressure, but answered all my questions and talked through the options with me. I, also, worked with Cherie (who was great too!) and she who helped me to get everything finalized with closing out my then current policy. I didn’t just feel like a number and know that if I ever have any other questions or need help navigating an issue, they’ll be there to assist.

Jamie Townsend was simply fantastic. She was not only professional but also prompt, informative and extremely personable. She was able to quickly provide me with auto insurance options and deliver on policy information promptly.

Jamie provided clear explanations to all my questions. She quickly generated quotes and showcased patience. Her concern for ensuring I had the correct amount of coverage without overindulging is refreshing. I do not feel I am being taken advantage of.
