Kenneth Brown at this location is my insurance agent and he’s the best - he’s very knowledgeable and responsive and got me the best deals, better than I could find anywhere else. Because of Ken, I’ve saved several hundreds of dollars each year. We have several things insured by him - our cars, our homes, certain equipment. I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks for all you do, Ken.

I’ve been with Dan Mckeone State Farm agency a little over two years and just experienced really bad customer service. Stephaine & Joe provided inaccurate information then told me to find another agency if I wasn’t happy. I’ve been a licensed Realtor for over 18 years and have dealt with quite a few insurance agencies but this is the first time I’ve been treated with such disrespect. I heard you Joe loud and clear and will find another agent.

We used Dan’s office while we lived in PA up until we moved out of state. Dan and his team have helped us through several life changes and have been so patient and kind. I was so grateful when I was on maternity leave and needed to make some changes, someone from the office actually came to our home to help me sign the documents needed so I did not have to drive in the snow with a brand new baby. I must admit that when I was shopping for life insurance I was so afraid that I would be talked into buying something impractical, but the person who helped me really took his time to understand our individual needs and goals and helped us make the right choice with transparency and genuine care. They are all so great and really go above and beyond!
