Dan Marsh - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had State Farm insurance for a while. I don’t recall the years. Anyway, Dan Marsh was the cause of me having the insurance Dan Marsh and his staff are very compassionate professional experience when making changes or having general questions about my insurance. Dan Marsh have great staffs working for him who know how to help their customers with their insurance policies. I usually speak with Claudia and Tanisha when I need help with my insurance. They are wonderful. They make things so easy. I will always recommend them to good neighbors, families, and friends.

Claudia really helped me get the right documentation in a speedy timely manner!! She quick with her email responses as well as working with a 3rd party to ensure the documentation was correct the first time so there wasn't a time delay.

I have had State Farm Insurance for many years and have been part of the Dan Marsh family for many years as well. Dan Marsh and staff are very accommodating, helpful and easy to work with. Every time I go into the office they greet me with a smile and they treat me like I'm their number one customer. I recently had water damage to my home and the staff at the office, as well as all the staff across-the-board involved in my water process, helped to get my home back to the way it was prior. This could have been a very stressful process, but everyone helped and made me feel comfortable. I recommend State Farm, especially Dan Marsh's office to everyone who is looking for a great customer service oriented insurance company. I have to say Tanisha has been my State Farm business agent for a while now. She takes care of all my business needs with no hesitation. Any time I need an updated document or need something sent over to my leasing company’s she makes sure those needs are met. Recently had trouble paying my bill online, emailed and was contacted immediately, and got squared away. Awesome customer service. I’m a very pleased client.
