Sam at State Farm in Allegan is literally the definition of top-notch customer service. From the jump she was so warm, upbeat, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right coverage without any stress or confusion. She broke everything down in a way that actually made sense (insurance, but make it painless 🌟), answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and smooth. This was a major deciding factor in choosing this company over other agencies! 10/10! Would recommend!

She is so kind, patient (listens to my ADHD ramblings), sweet (she laughs at my dumb jokes), and really did GREAT helping me when I needed her!! 🥲 So YEAH SAMANTHA IS AWESOME!! 😎

State farm has always been a great agency. I have been with them off and on for at least 30 years. Also I would like to say thank you to Sam (the young lady I spoke with today) she took care of everything that I needed and we shared some laughs. I have never had a bad experience when calling them. They are always friendly at make you feel at home. I can actually say I have never called there and not shared a few laughs no matter who I talk to. You have an awesome crew Dan. Merry Christmas to all off you....... I would also like to say that every time I have had to turn in a claim the process was very quick and easy, every question was always answered without hesitation.

We decided this year to shop around for better prices for our car insurance and renters insurance. I called our local state farm and I'm so glad I did! From the get go I LOVED that I was connected with a person and not an automated system. Samantha Goodwin answered all of my many questions and broke down all of our options to get us the best deal. She was able to get us a better price than what we had at our previous company even with us adding a new young driver, his vehicle to the policy and life insurance coverage for him as well!
