This is a great office to work with. The staff is informative and helpful. There is one person that I like working with, Mr. Justin Ryals. He will work with you and help you. Justin has excellent people skills. I respect his positive but realistic attitude. When I come to the office to do business I talk with Justin. We get business done first then talk about soccer and martial arts.

Unfortunately, my experience with this office quickly sent me looking elsewhere. Karen was incredibly rude. She acted as if I was bothering her for asking questions about the state to state insurance transfer and a quote for a new car. She started screaming when I asked her to clarify something she said and that was the last straw for me. To be clear, this feedback is specific to this office. I spoke with another local State Farm office, Brian West and had a completely positive experience. Ultimately, I chose to go elsewhere and was able to secure a better rate as well.

Unfortunately we’ve had to utilize our insurance policy a couple times recently. The payment from State Farm for my damages car was in my bank account long before Toyota was done with the repairs. It’s nice to have a smooth and painless process working with local agents rather than anonymous call centers.
