Dan Bantham - State Farm Insurance Agent

Dan has been our agent for 20 years. This review is overdue - but on the occasion when we have to call, everytime they just take care of it. What made me write this review though is a claim with a rental company. The process to get things going with the rental car company was a big headache. I started the process with them (rental car) in November. Filled out every piece of information, received 2 calls from them on the incident (a cracked windshield) and in February they are still telling me I owe money. I call Dan and he said "send me the letter I will take it from here." Seriously, in a world where people can make things so difficult for you, the relief I got after hanging up the phone was pure joy. They are amazing. Thank you for making our life so much easier over the years!

I had a fantastic experience working with Braden on both my car and moped insurance. We have had Dan Bantham as our insurance for home and auto for 22 years. Dan is friendly, engaging and above all, works for me as an insurance agent. 3 years ago I had a tree issue and did not submit a claim. One month ago I had a second issues with several trees being blown down. When I saw Dan about the month old issue, Dan convinced me to submit a claim, and then talked me into submitting a second claim for the 3 year old issue. Both were handled efficiently and fairly. I could not have been happier about Dan’s performance and State Farm’s overall fairness. Thank you Dan!

Had an issue with an auto insured thru Dan/Statefarm. Reported it and the SAME DAY, Dan contacted Toyota, looked over and approved the quote/repair and sent out a check to me. The SAME DAY. Amazing customer service. Dan is personable and very efficient. Can't say enough good things about Dan Bantham and the State Farm Insurance Agency.
