Diane is the worst person in any business. Do not trust her words as she will lie to your face. I had to record a conversation we had, based off of past experiences. Now I'm glad because I have to take her to court for her lies. Terrible person, worse for the fact that she works in the insurance business. Worst State Farm agency in the country, and she's the only point of contact. Which say's a lot about her.
I’ve been a client of Dale Howard for 35 years and worked with Diane Valdez for 20. Their professionalism, integrity and customer service is exemplary. The reason I am with State Farm is because of Dale Howard and Diane Valdez!
This man does not need your business. His SOLE representative at this time - Diane Valdez - was so bad to even try and work with that I wasn't able to get a policy with them. And they were fine with that. Unbelievable. Zero stars if that were possible.
Excellent customer service, and quick response to hour calls.
