Dabbelt Insurance

We have a very good experience dealing with Mike Dabbelt at Dabbelt Insurance. We have been with them for 4 years now and they have helped us a lot in keeping costs down. Having a local office and a live person to talked to in person was very important to us. We just added additional members of our family for home and auto with Dabbelt insurance. Overall they deserve an excellent rating!

Horrible, rates jumped after accident I had over 2 years ago and was told by this agency it was going to come off in October and monthly payment would go down. Now my insurance is higher and not Mike Dabbelt nor anyone affiliated with him has returned my calls on why my rates are even higher. No return calls nothing after calling many times myself and getting the run around as always. Going to assume they will just keep stealing the extra money I probably shouldn’t be paying. Will seek another insurance company at this point. In short, buyer beware, they don’t care about anyone other than collecting money and helping you at all I recommend choosing another company.
