So appreciative to Bianca for helping me file a claim for our office. I was having trouble getting everything emailed so she guided me through. Our office has been using Curtis’ office for our insurance needs for over 20 years and will be for many more!

I can not express how pleased I am with the customer service at Curtis Rich State Farm. Adrianna Skinner made the whole process so smooth and easy to switch. She answered all the questions I asked and some I didn't even think of. Got a great rate on auto and renter's insurance. The other young lady working in the office, Bianca, was so sweet and welcoming. By the time we were all done, I felt like I had known these 2 ladies forever! I normally do everything I can online, but will definitely be happy to go in the office for all future transactions! Thank you Ladies, y'all are awesome!!

Love the staff! So friendly and ALWAYS willing to help. I have locked myself out of my car twice this month and both times they quickly reimbursed me for the cost. I recently changed agents to Mr. Rich because I wasn’t getting the type of service I needed from my previous agent. Simple things like return a phone call and treat my daughter with respect when she calls and needs help. From the moment I walked in, meeting Ms. Lopez, I knew this office would be different. I was very upfront with what I needed and she understood exactly what I was saying. My initial thought was “Let’s see what happens when I have a problem.” A few days later I received a call stating that Mr. Rich wanted to set an appointment with me to sit and visit to get to know me. That was different and it turned into an hour and a half conversation. I liked his candidness and straight forward approach. This week, I did have an issue and was not pleased, so I walked in and sat with M
