This is by far the best insurance company I have ever had. My agent, Amanda Cooper, is very knowledgeable about all insurances and claims. She is always looking out for better coverage and options as she always shops our insurance yearly. This office is also the cheapest in town!! Thanks Culpepper Ins.

I will never think of switching to another insurance agency. At Culpepper Insurance, they treat us like family but are professional at the same time. They take care of everything we need in a timely manner and are very responsive (by the way, there is no relation to them and this is an unbiased review).

Poor communication. If you leave a message they want return your call. My car has been totalled out for over a month. No rental and they are avoiding me instead of paying the claim. BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
