We recently moved everything back over to State Farm and it was a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing team in Crystal’s office! Everyone was so thorough, kind and knowledgeable. We started with Diana York before she moved to another office, and she was great. Alyssa finished everything up for us, and was also awesome to work with. Some of their rates were a little higher than what we had, but others were lower, so it all balanced out. Overall, very happy with the product offerings and prices, and glad to be back with State Farm. Highly recommend!!

WOW! Would be my 3 worded review but since I have unlimited characters I will add more! Working with State Farm, especially Laiken Windham has been a breeze. From her go getter attitude and her amazing personality, I couldn’t recommend using them any more! Their policies and prices are top notch!

From an almost 50 year State Farm policyholder If you're looking to transfer your policies or get new policies, I'd recommend you look for a different State Farm office. I've had multiple issues with this office not correctly handling policy changes and it began with when I initially transferred my policies to Chrystal Plaster's agency. I have found a new State Farm agent.

I have my auto, renters and life with Crystal Plaster State Farm and they have always been quick to respond and a joy to work with! Would highly recommend this office, saved me $30/month on my auto insurance.
