I worked with Karla to add a new car to my father's insurance. She was bilingual, great communication to explain every detail to me in english and to my dad in spanish. Absolutely amazing to have had her help, would greatly recommend if there are others like her who work here.

Highly highly recommend crown insurance agency!!! Especially Maria!!! I needed insurance for my 19 yr old/ new driver . She went above and beyond to get me the best deal for him since he was young and new driver . Other agencies were charging a lot! I happened upon Crown Reina’s Insurance Agency by accident. I was given their number as a referral for “low cost auto insurance.” I am so happy that they did and that I chose to call Crown! Erica took my call and gave me a quote with Mercury Insurance. It was $3K less than what my current insurance company, Farmers, wanted for my renewal. She has such a beautiful personality.
