They were great until the man that ran the place, retired. I miss you Charlie. They robbed me after 10 years of flawless payment. Then like always, I go in person once I get a new car, to discuss any price differences. She runs numbers and as usual, I pay my year at once. 5 months later, they call me, telling me I owe $500 but couldn't explain why. Just that whatever price I was told in the beginning, was wrong yet, never contacted me in between those 5 months and still couldnt/wouldn't explain THEIR lie/mistake. I'll definitely still use commerce insurance but, these people will no longer be my personal agents. Thankyou for the 10 years prior, Charlie! You get 5 stars, personally. Everyone else, are lucky to get 1.
