Great customer service. Very polite and courteous. They handle all of your administrative automotive needs in addition to their primary insurance agency business. Had to assist my dad in getting a title transferred on a truck he just bought. He is very hard of hearing and has to have things repeated multiple times. The woman who took care of us - I think her name is Theresa or Teresa, was very patient with him, which was very much appreciated. This agency is highly recommended.

Stopped in to get a quote on my auto insurance policy to compare to my present coverage. I gave the agent a copy of my existing policy. She said she would call. Never heard from her. Went to the office and was told they would check. Still no contact. Horrible. Update: owner called and was very apologetic. I have used them in the past and will try again on policy renewal
