Like other people in these reviews, I received ANOTHER high renewal increase, was fed up and after several calls to other insurance agents/companies, I saw good reviews about Crain on Nextdoor and thought I would give them a try. I spoke to Amber Ellis who from the start was very attentive and responsive. She worked very hard on all of our policies. She was able to get us more coverage for less premium on 2 of 4 of my policies. The other 2 renewed at another date so she is going to shop those as they come up but Amber is/was very pleasant to work with. I loathe being required to have insurance. Our home insurance skyrocketed over the last few years (our policy doubled a few years ago) and I almost fell over when I received a renewal offer with yet another significant increase.
