Craig Mauk - State Farm Insurance Agent

Craig Mauk is such a great insurance agent. He is always available when he is needed. Whether taking a claim or just answering a simple question, he takes his time to answer any questions and make sure I completely understand all answers. He also has a listening ear and doesn’t push u to get off the phone or be in any hurry. He is patient and takes the time to listen to his clients. He will also work to find you the best insurance that works for yoy and that is needed. I feel completely covered in my insurance and feel I can contact Craig whenever the need arises.

Craig has been our State Farm Insurance agent for about 20 years. During that time our needs have changed, sometimes immediate needs. Craig has always been there for us whenever I call--- friendly, patient, honest, and dependable. I trust Craig to help us today and with sound advice for the future. I know his first interest is our best interest.

What can I say? I have the greatest insurance agent in the world! Craig's been my agent for decades now and the man, his staff, they are all incredible! My wife and daughter both had accidents this year, both presenting their own unique issues that were beyond an insurance agent's area of responsibility. Craig, however, without being asked, has jumped in to help us out. He very easily could have just blown us off, given us one more reason why something couldn't be done or looked into, he could have done any number of things that so many people do when the issue isn't "part of their job description".
