The real test of great customer service comes when you need help with a limited time to get the job done. Hats off to Chaka Rosemin and Crystal Johnson of Craig Insurance Group! I called in 15 mins before closing time on a Friday afternoon to ask them to change the effective date on a new rental insurance policy by one day. The first thing I heard was "no problem" we will stay late and get it done for you! I already had my auto insurance with them so I knew that they were good...now I see that they are really GREAT!!
