I do not recommend working with Coverage 2 Care. My experience with trying to part ways with this company as an agent has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Two of my clients who had previously worked with Kimberly were misled into thinking their health plans were expiring when that was not the case. Their plans were changed without their full understanding, and I was removed as the agent on record. This not only undermined my professional relationship with them but damaged the trust I had built. After this incident, I decided that I could not in good conscience continue building my Medicare business with Coverage 2 Care. Daniel listened to my needs wants and answered my questions in a way that I could understand. If I didn't understand something then he took the time to try and get me to understand what he was saying. I got good quality insurance for a good price.
