Abysmal customer service and overly expensive. When I had auto insurance with them which I want to change from auto pay to paying it myself each month. It took multiple phone calls over several months to make the change happen. Multiple times I was told that I would be called back the same day or the next day and I was never called back. About a year into the insurance, they decided to increase the rates by $60 per month. I moved to GEICO which provides identical coverage for $80 less per month. It took multiple calls and emails over months to get car insurance cancelled. Same as before they would promise calls back and I would receive nothing. I'd had state farm insurance through a different branch before with no issues. This branch is just terrible
