This title company has got to be the worst title company I've ever used in my 10 years in this business. They refused to insure a policy after I told them that I would be buying this property with my own cash. They are not Investor friendly whatsoever so don't expect your Assignments of Contract & Double closings to go through. The title agent at this title company prior to rescinding the title policy told me that the property I'm buying is not worth what I'm paying/selling.
Friendly and accommodating staff. I have used them several times for small notary needs as well as the purchase of our home.
What a great team at Countywide Title in Blanco.. I recently closed a land sale with Countywide. They are true professionals who know exactly how to keep the deal moving and getting it closed on time! Highly recommend!
Went to close on a lot we were selling, paperwork was ready to go, quick straightforward process.
Great people.... know their stuff ...way more competent than BofA. Highly recommend!!!!
