Maria Napolitano decided to cancel my insurance after telling me my policy was until June 6th of 2024 because I told her I was going to switch insurance agencies because they were charging me for my sister who has her own insurance. She told me that she would remove my sister and I asked if I was going to be reimbursed. She told me yes but never told me how much it would be but that money was credited towards my payments after asking where the reimbursement was. Again, I was never told how much it was or how many payments it would cover but my payments were automatically taken out of my bank account. She stopped doing that and cancelled my insurance. I’ve written to DFS and filed a complaint about her. I have all the emails and bank statements. I never signed a cancellation and wasn’t give
