Worst Agency ever! I have been waiting for almost a week for a response on a home insurance quote, Mrs Claudia who I keep on waiting on is never available and truly I think she forgot to make my quote as her colleagues looked up the quote in the system and found nothing attached to my address. Once I was able to talk to Claudia she said she’s been busy and she’s working on it and she’s the only one there as some people are missing and she’d try to get back to me the same day or latest the next day and 24hrs later no calls and she’s again not available. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else, either they are not qualified to even respond clients and / or they don’t have enough staff to attend everyone.

They are lovely people. Whom go over everything with you to make sure you understand what you are getting. I can’t recommend them enough to all my family and friends. I have been using them for years now and so does my children.
