This review is about State Farm corporate claims handling, not this local office. My July 2025 claim was mishandled at the corporate level: liability was undisputed (police cited the other driver for no license/failure to yield), but corporate refused to confirm release of my totaled car to Progressive for appraisal despite repeated written requests. Local staff may be fine, but corporate claims support was unresponsive and full of valuation errors.

We recently moved all of our policies from another State Farm agent to Cory's agency and we are so glad that we did. First off, his front office staff is friendly and helpful with years of insurance experience. Cory took the time to go through all of our policies and then meet with us in person to review them. He found many shortcomings in our policies and worked with us to explain why we were exposed and presented some options on how to fix them. Ultimately we have better coverage than before and the cost difference was a wash in the savings that he found. He answered all of our questions and left us feeling more comfortable with our insurance than we have in years. I recommend Cory and his staff with zero hesitation.
