I called Erdman insurance in September 2024 to inquire about rates to bring multiple polices under one company. I provided all data at intake phone call, received follow up calls to answer same questions asked during intake and other calls. Approximately one week later I received a call and was told that Erie could not provide better rates than I was already paying. I asked for that information to be emailed to me, I was told I would get that information for my review. I never received that email. I am the consumer, I should be able to review the information to make the determination to as to how I want to spend money.

I’ve been using this place for my business liability insurance for 8 years. They exceptional customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this company for insurance. I’ve never had to file a claim but anytime I need to make an adjustment to my plan or have them send a certificate to a customer, they are always on it right away with same day service. Their prices are good and I have NO complaints. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Great rates! Staff is amazing, whenever I need anything they are very quick and helpful!! I have business, auto, & home insurance with them. Would highly recommend!
