CorVel Corporation

They have a horrible computer system. I just signed up for them a week ago and when I try to get into my account it tells me that either my email or password is incorrect. They are NOT incorrect. There is NOTHING wrong on my end. I wrote the password down, stored it in my computer's password manage & even took a photo of it with my phone. Their system must have gotten hacked & I they didn't tell me about it. They just want to sweep that under the rug. None of your information is safe with this company.

CorVel is the worst of the worst. They don't return your calls, or Email. They don't pay your Worker Comp bills, and Kim Dawson of Duluth Georgia, you are a horrible person. I am still in pain and you don't know how, to do your job, or you don't care. I really hope you personally read this, because you sure don't read my emails.

if you are unlucky enough to have an injury and your employer uses this joke of a company, hire an attorney immediately. the adjusters are incompetent and will tell you flat out lies, they will not answer the phone or emails and will not pay you on time. the only way to get them to obey the law, is to use an attorney

If I could I would leave 0000 Stars this place is horrible with getting anything done they never answer phone don’t send weekly payment on time this place needs a overhaul fast. physical therapy order went sent out 7/14/2023and just got physical 8/18/2023 Contiously late payment reach out to Nicole Dunn new adjuster email comes back out the office Monday and to call sherry lumpkin. No Response there either had Deangelo Smith as adjuster he was late my attorney has to keep contacting him it to pay people what they deserve I shouldn’t have to worry about gas food rent .if there payroll person was on out they still want there check this will not be my last stop for a complaint. Terrible service. No communication from adjuster. Take days to return calls etc. They deserve 0 star.
