I am running a Luxury Ground Transportation company since 2008. And I always had issues with insurance companies & agents. Since I met Roy and his Team at CIA. All the nightmares were gone. These guys really know what customer service is and they apply very well in every step. They show attention to details like nobody else ever did to us. They really fight for their clients on claims, any questions we have, and specially on quotes. Most companies are looking for what is convenient for them. CIA team focused their efforts on their clients needs! Definitely recommended them for friends! Well I'm sure business is good, but I am greatly disappointed I had asked to keep a car within there parking lot. While trying to figure out mechanical issues, I had left my name and number on the dash board clearly seen, no one called I finally had the opportunity to move it and fix it and it is GONe! I figured out of respect I would get a courtesy call. But the money saved to fix it now is racked to get it out of tow I am greatly disappointed.( If stolen I would like to view cameras for confirmation it was towed)

I have to say that Roy Edri put in work for us and got us quoted and a great price on insurance! The other guys didn’t have TIME . Roy made TIME, made sure we had the right coverage and actually saved us several thousand a year. Large And small operators size does not matter in this case. If you have not got a commercial quote from him I suggest you do it. I hear a lot of people suggesting different brokers but I seriously feel like Roy cares, has time, and put in a lot of effort and not just for the deal but he sees longevity and growth to come. He will be with us for the long hall. Shoot him a message he has time for you and if he doesn’t he makes time.

What i liked about Roy was that he followed up with us after 1 year. We had just renewed our insurance and he was asked to call back. And he did! That earned our business

I sent an email to Roy on a sunday mid morning to add a vehicle to our fleet....within a couple of hours I received the insurance card and airport paperwork. This is exactly what I expect from a business partner. Thank you for being prompt!!
