Great experience! I spoke with at State Farm. Shelby was very professional and helpful. I have never dealt with an insurance agent who was so knowledgeable , informative and personable. I told her what I was looking for in car insurance and rental insurance. We discussed the coverage for both. Shelby explained everything to me regarding my options. I had many questions and she was patient and very knowledgeable. I was amazed by their great rates! I had been paying so much more with Progressive. I highly recommend State Farm to anyone looking for great coverage and great rates! Thank you Shelby for your help!

After using another insurance company for the past 6 years, I switched to State Farm agent Corey Williams here in Tucson. Not only did I save almost 30% on my premiums for my autos and home, the entire process took less than an hour to make the switch. Shelby and Corey were great to work with. And the best part is that they were always available when I called for followup questions. That almost never happened with my other insurance provider.

Absolutely cannot thank Ashley enough for the amount of patience and knowledge. I have a man absolutely great experience everytime we talk and even learn something new. She’s been able to make sure all of our things are insured and covered. I truly feel they have our best interest at heart here.

Requested a quote via an Ad on Facebook. Little did I know it would open me up to constant calls all day and night from insurance salesmen. Most of them have been understanding about the situation and respectfully removed my number from their list. Not this place.... This lady calls me today for 3rd time, trying to sell me insurance. When I explain the situation and respectfully ask I be removed from their call list, she gets an attitude and slams her phone down, like I did something wrong for not wanting to buy from her. Very unprofessional. Even IF I was in the market for new insurance, I would go out of my way to avoid this place. Corey, you need to get your salespeople in check.

Have been searching for cheaper auto rates and finally received a quote showing coverage and premium. So happy and called immediately. More coverage, better premium. Awesome lady agent, very thorough. Thank you
