Corbett Insurance

I called them on March 4, 2024. Spoke at length to a friendly, seemingly knowledgeable person. I was looking for a quote as I already had insurance. She told me that since I was with one of their carriers, they could service my business locally, even if they couldn't do better on the cost of the policy. Which I thought was great! She said she'd talk with her underwriter and get back to me. I never heard from her again. That was 6 weeks ago. I understand not all companies are a good fit with all clients, but I trusted this company with personal information. A return call either way would have been appreciated.

Send an quote request, got response pretty quick, shared all the details and received the quote. We had few questions about it, tried to call, no answer, so we emailed asking to call back. Nobody reached to us till 2 days later, we revived email with apologies and finally got called back day after. We discussed all the issues over the phone and got promised the revised quote via email...now that was week ago and we still didn't receive anything. I understand being busy but aren't we all? I guess you don't need new customers, oh well

They were very helpful. Answered all our questions. We're happy that we have Corbett Insurance.
