Connor Reames - State Farm Insurance Agent

Worst agent ever. Never answers phone or returns calls. Ever since my mother passed away the service from this guy has been terrible. Do not recommend.

I spent an hour and a half renting a trailer, but I still couldn’t do it. They asked for photos of credit cards and all my data, although I didn’t even see them. I spent 40 minutes to come to them and waited for them for another 50 minutes. Don’t waste your time, it’s very similar to fraud

After more than 20 years, my long time agent retired and somehow I ended up with this agent. Avoid this agency at all costs. It’s a ghost shop. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody responds to messages or emails. We had a myriad of issues on renewal. The last time I spoke with someone it was a person who used to work here and was somehow still able to access our information at will. I inquired as to the agent’s status and was told they couldn’t comment on that, but would be happy to underwrite me at their new employer. This agent isn’t being transparent or communicative about anything related to the status of his office or our policies. He left us hanging. That is completely unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. We have tried to call and call to PAY them but no answer. Leave voicemails and no response. I even went to the office during office hours and no one answered the door. I even opened the door and no one was anywhere in the entire office. Very strange to leave the office doors unlocked and no one there. Called the number on the front door and a lady answered and said “oh sorry I don’t work there anymore.” I explained to her the situation and that her number was still listed on the front door and she said “yes I’ve heard the same complaints several times, and I don’t think he will be in business much longer.” We will be switching. STAY CLEAR

Moved to The Woodlands from Florida and was looking for a new insurance agent. Definitely was very fortunate to come across Connor and his wonderful staff. The moment I walked in through the door I was met by Lauren who was extremely friendly and informative. I then met Connor who was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The location is in a wonderful little home that was converted into a cozy and comfortable office space. I am very pleased with the quote they gave me, and am happy to be a State Farm customer. I would highly recommend Connor, Lauren and his entire State Farm staff to anyone I know.
