Great service from this team over the years I’ve been using them. Always happy to help, answers the phone or calls back right away, and Connie is super personable. I recently had a weird clause required for my renters insurance and Connie not only helped update all of the information, but she even called the company for me and uploaded my policy for them to review. She couldn’t have done anything more unless she physically became me haha. Connie you have a great team and your service is above and beyond.

I’ve known Connie Coots for over 30 years and she is exactly who you would want for your insurance agent. She’s passionate, caring, honest and one of the most generous human beings I’ve ever met. I read a review that was recently left and just appalled that someone could be so disrespectful & so full of anger that it would push someone much less such a good-hearted professional who’s here to help you when you need her to such a breaking point.
