I would give Condon Insurance 100 stars if I could. Patrick and his staff have always been very proffesional and courteous. Patrick is very informative and keeps his customers up to date on any changes and makes sure we understand how our policy fits our needs. He tells you to call or come in anytime you might have questions you need answered. Words are not enough to express my gratitude for this company. Thank you for the opportunity to do this survey.

I have been a client of Pat's for about 17 years and have been nothing but impressed. Patrick is always available whenever I need anything. He has always gone well above and beyond my expectations. Always has the clients best interests in mind when conducting business. He has also saved me a significant amount of money over the years. I'm very fortunate to have Patrick on my side!!

Pat Condon has been our insurance broker for over 10 years. He has provided consistent accessibity for all our questions, be that homeowner, auto, earthquake and umbrella policies. With teenage drivers on our policies, auto premiums can get crazy. Every year he does a thorough review of all our policies and offers insightful strategies on how to either lower overall premiums or hedge against year over year rate increases. I highly recommend him as a valuable resource for navigating all your insurance needs.

I needed to add renters insurance on to my preexisting progressive auto insurance. With that said, I was greeted by Joe upon entering the building- super nice guy. I waited only a few minutes and then met Patrick, who was also very nice. It only took maybe ten minutes and everything was finished thanks to Patrick. I had renters insurance upon leaving. Every place should be this quick and easy really. I'd also like to add that if you have never been to this location, it is off of Arlington street and could be hard to find if you aren't already looking for it because the building itself doesn't necessarily stand out.

Not much to comment on... Someone had slightly sideswiped my truck, but you took care of it - and raised MY rates!. Definitely not happy with the cost of your insurance, considering the length of time I've been with Progressive with my cars and motorcycles, AND my perfect driving record over those 15 years! Ya know, this review actually makes me realize that maybe I should be looking for a more cost effective insurance carrier.
