DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME Mark provides no answers. His quote estimate will be much lower than the actual policy cost. This is his response "There was a rate increase, of 9.8% on 11/15, if that doesn’t equate to 500 dollars and it probably wont, I don’t have the answer. Right now I am on my 3rd day of the flu and quite frankly I just want to get better, so if you want to pursue this go to another agent I wont be doing anything till later this week or next week for that matter. "
