I can’t say enough great things about Compass Health Insurance. This is my second year using Amanda’s services, and I continue to be thoroughly impressed. I recently had an appointment with an ophthalmologist and was pleasantly surprised to pay nothing out of pocket. Under my previous insurance, that visit would have cost me $50. With this new plan through AllState covering up to $150 and the provider being in-network, the entire cost was covered. Who doesn’t love to save a few bucks, especially at a doctor’s appointment? I recently enrolled and was trilled with getting insurance a few days ago. I got my dental and vision access right away. A few days later I was not aware of that I only received a discount card versus an actual insurance medical card. This is new for me And was not certain after using this card and paying full price for care. I then called and communicated four different times with customer service and was told to give a call back and that they would email me the copy and access that I needed to obtain this. This morning I had a rude awakening of a customer service representative stating that she would contact the supervisor to get these email to me. She then became upset of questions regarding these repeated conversations and how nothing is getting done. She chose to hang up on me. This
