Update: The local agency staff are good people and listen to you. However, the national call center and Liberty Mutual no longer have good customer service. Do not, I repeat do not use this company. I was a customer for 16+ yrs. and can count the number of claims on 1 hand for that entire time and never missed a payment. I made my payment per usual toward the end of the month and it just so happened it was a couple of days before the weekend so the entire online process was held up because banks don't operate on the weekend. My payment ended up being late and unbeknown to me I was charged a $10 late fee. Next month comes, no bill received. I called to ask what my bill was and ahhh yes, cancelled over a $10 late fee. Guess that is how Liberty Mutual and this Comparion Insurance Agency take

Peter Harris has been my insurance agent for years. He has always been wonderful and gone above and beyond. Never was this more true then after I got in a bad accident with my son in June out of town. It was a traumatic experience and I really felt like he made the process so much easier and less daunting. I just bought a new car this week and even though it was Thanksgiving weekend, he made sure I had everything I needed by Monday morning. Absolutely horrid company. One of their drivers smashed into me. I was told I could pick a shop to fix my vehicle. It’s been 3 weeks & my vehicle has STILL not been towed to the shop I chose. It’s been sitting for weeks at the original tow place. I have no vehicle to get around in & a two year old. I called my collision shop & was told it hasn’t been towed to them because liberty mutual hasn’t paid the storage & tow fee in order to release it. As a result my shop had to pay in order to get it towed to them. WHAT!? If you have liberty mutual & have to file a claim, im praying for you. They will drag out the process as long as they possibly can. 3 weeks since I filed my claim with zero progress. I was told an adjuster would reach out to me in 1-2 business days. I haven’t spoke to an adjuster
