***DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE*** When I say this is the worst company ever I am not exaggerating. TWENTY MINS to get mbr serv on the line only to be answered by a department who's only job it is, is to get call back info so tht an employee in mbr services can call you back?? And apparently its not a one time thing this is an everyday occurrence. Why wouldn't yall jst train them to BE mbr services?? Need to make a payment online? Oops, you cant the website is down! Need to make a pymt over the phone? Oops, can't u need to wait for someone to find time to do you the favor of taking your money later on whenever they're not busy. Ridiculous.

I really want to give a shout-out to Sandra Vicentin (not sure if it’s spelled correctly) for her unconditional willingness and delivering an outstanding customer service. I have no words to express how thankful I am. Community First, you have a gem; Sandra is the best!

Sent a very creepy email regarding sexual content and minors. Why… it’s an insurance company…
