horrible insurance to be dealing with, their policy holder hit me and another car, my accident was on the 26th of July and they weren’t able to get their policy holder to get accepted until the 2nd of august, none of their agents reached out to me till two weeks later, and they gave me a rental car for two days, absolutely AWFUL customer service, they need new employees who actually care about their jobs never dealt with such an unprofessional insurance before
