Very rude . I called in because this number is what came up for the columbia mutual life insurance company. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and rushed me, she did not even anwser my question, when i did finally get a corporate number from her she gave me the wrong number with one digit being to short then hung up on me. People like her make the whole company look bad.
The agent I keep contacting wont call back.. I didn't know that selling insurance was so busy that you cant call your customers back.. but he sent a bill..how about that! Fukkr
Excellent, Paul Brown was very thoughtful and helpful. Def. would recommend.
Never had any bad experiences as of yet.
