Morgan with Colonial Life assured me that by switching to their dental plan, they'd waive our waiting period and continue to provide the same benefits as our existing policy for our open Orthodontist claim. I canceled my family's coverage and made the switch. Colonial paid out approx. $60.00 on said claim and I was left with a $500 bill. After reaching out to Colonial for help, I spoke to Tara who made it very clear that she wasn't surprised Morgan was the one who misguided me. I can only imagine how many other families were impacted by "Make a Sell Morgan". Tara's resolve was that the benefit Colonial provided met their maximum allowable charge for ortho. Beware!

They were very knowlegable about everything i asked them.
