I've used Colin's agency for decades and he and his team have always treated us right! Super responsive to any questions or issues we've had, super proactive about urging us to review our policies, and I've always ended up with a positive experience.

Colin and his All-Star team at Allstate are great people to work with and experts in insurance and risk management. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service!! Run, really fast from this agent. I called to cancel my insurance on 10/29/24 because I found a MUCH better price with State Farm for my home and auto insurance. They didn’t cancel my homeowners as I asked and I only found out when my autopay tried to pull the full payment out of my checking account on December 3, 2024. Then, they were rude, as if it was my fault. I had to call the customer service and spend 45 minutes on the phone with them to resolve it. They couldn’t go back farther than 1 month so I won’t get my full refund nor can I get back all the time I spent dealing with this.

Watch out for this agent! He is known for selling a bill of goods (unbeknownst to us when we moved our policies to him) and not following through. We have experienced this first hand. Our first claim with him, and he refused to jump in and help when Allstate reps weren't communicating, weren't completing work, etc. Nothing during the claim was easy at all. They did way less than the bare minimum of work that anyone would reasonably expect from their insurance agent. It has been the most horrible customer service experience I have ever experienced. Definitely find another insurance company if you are looking to be covered and taken care of. You are not in good hands with Allstate and definitely not with Colin. There is zero accountability in this insurance company from those we have worked

Was given a price for home owners insurance, paid a year in advance and received an another bill for an Additional $100. Broker made the error on original and was “spotted” by corporate agents. Feels like a bait and switch.
