Coast Auto Insurance

I have had really bad experience with this company! Our insurance lapsed, and our truck was stolen. Three weeks later without a call from Coast. We had no Recourse for the loss of the vehicle, and what was in the vehicle. We were in the middle of moving Residence right at the time the vehicle was stolen so we did not receive a letter from them either. A simple phone call would have let us know that our insurance was about to expire. When we called Coast to get some help, they were very rude to us and did not sympathize with our situation at all. I would strongly suggest finding someone else for your insurance needs.

I am writing this review out of ongoing concern regarding the level of professionalism and organization at this office. On multiple occasions, I have experienced long wait times and an environment that feels disorganized and stressful. There appears to be a lack of experienced staff, as I am frequently contacted to correct errors that were made during previous interactions. This has resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth communication and avoidable inconvenience. Many of the agents seem young and, at times, unsure of the processes or policies. While everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, customers should not consistently bear the burden of repeated corrections. Accuracy and efficiency are critical in the insurance industry. Additionally, management presence appears limited

This agency was recommended by family , They suggested i speak to mrs. Aida . I been in a few times an ask for her after work 3:30 and she hasn't been available quit a few times or the assistance manager . so i went to watsonville agency

Needing a title transfer. Dmv being closed. i choose to go to coast auto insurance in Capitola. Great staff!!! the problem is the $50.00 processing fee. Should such a fee be taken during the pandemic? I wouldn't think so.It should be returned. Karl Harrison
