Called just now and the number here went to a machine that said "Welcome to Best Insurance Rates". Not the same name at all. I then got patched through to a call center where I asked about the name discrepancy, and the guy sounded incredulous and literally hung up the phone without answering my question. Call lasted about 10 seconds. Absolutely awful customer service. No idea if these guys know anything about insurance, but they won't take care of you.
