Office employee's are always rude on the phone and in person. Unprofessional behavior. I thought It was me but hearing from other Insurance Companies in town said the same thing when they call this office to retrieve information for the the customers they lost business to. Let it be a male and see how sweet they receive treatment when making payments in person. I was appalled by their behavior, disrespectfulness.
