I called State Farm to compare quotes for my car insurance. They done a great job. Super nice people answered all my questions thoroughly knew the answers to everything that I had asked them. It was a very positive experience.

I had a great phone call with Matthew from the Vandalia, Illinois State Farm Insurance office. Matthew was really patient and responded to all of my many questions. I asked him to give me a day or two to think it over and he was fine with that. He was not one of those pushy salespeople. So, I called him again after a couple of days to go forward with writing my car insurancepolicy. I loved the transparency and the fact that Matthew didn't do a bait-and-switch. He was true to the initial quote he gave me over the phone. I am very pleased with the Vandalia IL office team and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you guys! 🙏😊
