I want to thank John for his, patience and understanding. I was having an issue with a check that I received from state farm. And I called and John was on the other line of the phone, he did all he could do. Unfortunately, he couldn't resolve the issue.Because the issue was not with state farm, it was with the bank of america. I just wanted to say thank you, john, for being a kind and respectful young man. I'm sure if you continue to serve the public like you did me. You're definitely going a long way. Love and respect. I signed up with State farm about a month ago through this particular agency. John is the person that took care of me very charismatic to great care of the right away. I was very comfortable with him. Got me a great deal I didn't think I was going to be able to get on my insurance. Started to have some problems later on logging in. So my information was put in incorrectly and so we just had to fix it. Then some automated part of the system try to charge me an additional amount because my policy had changed. Even though the change was simply my birthday was wrong it was off by 4 days. They tried to charge me almost an additional $300 because of that. That didn't make sense John agreed with me John's boss agreed with me. I had to call and talk to a lot different people and so did they. Toget

I have had my policies with Clint Raines for over 10 years. My sister also has polices with Clint. So there definitely family loyalty with Clint and his team of agents. Jennifer Ingram is wonderful.
