Clemson Insurance

I yesterday visited to resolve an issue related to my FR4 letter. The front office receptionist (Im sorry, I could not catch her name) was extremely helpful and gave me clear directions even though my request wasn’t directly related to their business. I was then assisted by AJ, a very kind and talented manager, who quickly helped me sort out the issue. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in the U.S. so far! The team provided fantastic service, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I hope to do business with them next year if I’m still in Clemson.

I had moved my insurance policy from Flecher a year ago. It was the biggest mistake I have made. After Flecher and I talked he agreed for me to come back to his agency. I was extremely happy. I had a few problems that needed attention something I couldn't do myself. Flecher and A.J. we're extremely helpful in helping me get the issues worked out. No other agency that I know of would have gone as for out of there way to help resolve my issues! I can't thank them enough!! N. Watkins

I have had my vehicles insured with Clemson Insurance for years. They’re always really easy to get a hold of, their customer service is top-notch, and their policies are very competitive. I would often have other companies try to give me quotes and they always struggled to come close to Clemson Insurance’s policies. If you want a great insurance broker, I highly recommend asking for Hannah as she is a joy to work with.
