Matt Saunders has been my agent since 2020, and I can honestly say that he goes way beyond what is expected. He is prompt and professional, plus, he finds little ways to save money like defensive driving courses, and how to access the resource. I feel he is trustworthy and has my best interest at heart, which is very important to me. I highly recommend Matt and this company as a great place to shop for and compare insurance companies. Plus, you're not going to get all of those sales calls!

Nick Stevens was absolutely no help at all in helping me find home owners insurance. There were several days where he stated “I will have Information to you but the EOD” he continued to say that because he had to manually input info it took longer. After me reaching out several time he eventually never responded and I was left to find my own insurance policy has my mortgage lender was now crunched for time waiting on Nick. 0/5. This would have been fine if he would have communicated. However, anytime we spoke it was due to me reaching out and following up.
