Buyer be aware i got insurance through this specific agency . When my plan was originally quoted it was at a stable price they took it upon themselves to rewrite my policy and add my grandfather on my policy which we don’t live in the same house or anything apparently because we had a policy when i was 16 years old i am now grown a army veteran and way past being on my own , when they added him it dropped all my discounts , i never asked him to be added and i don’t even have the same address as him . When i brought this to there attention i had already found new car insurance and requested for cancel due to lack of communication and them doing what they felt like doing without even asking .
