This team is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and quick to support when it’s needed. This team deserves 5 STARS. However, after recommending their services to a potential customer in 2025 (who is now their customer for multiple policies), they stated they had mailed me a small gift card as a token of their appreciation. This happened late August in 2025. It was unexpected and I thanked them for it! A few months passed by (between October and November 2025) and I still hadn’t received the gift card, so I decided to give them a call and let them know (i’m sure no one likes to send gifts by mail to get lost.)
