Absolutely the worst agent you could deal with, all my insurance combined is 1000 a month , they make so many mistakes, this is the third time I have been double charged through my account and am now in the negative for 800 dollars, I have never even spoken to who is supposed to be my agent, and her dogs always bark in the background so I can’t even hear

One of the most notable qualities about Melana was her fantastic attitude. I accompanied my son to your agency, who was transferring from SF in Colorado. Melana waited on us and spent a lot of time resolving our issues. Brandi had been assisting him previously by phone. She was very prompt in transmitting the data we needed but unfortunately our printer wouldn’t print the docs. I am a retired SF agent from Texas.
