⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me just say—CK Agency – Allstate Insurance on Father Tribou is hands down one of the best insurance offices I’ve ever stepped into! 🏡💼 From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at ease. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional—you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. 💬❤️ There was barely any wait time ⏱️ (which was a win in itself), but even if I had to wait longer, I wouldn’t have minded one bit. The seating area was super comfortable, the vibe was peaceful, and everything was clean and put together just right. 🪑🌿 Even the bathrooms were impressively clean—yes, I noticed! 😂✨ They smelled great, were fully stocked, and showed the same level of care and attention as the rest of the office. A semi blew a tire as it was exiting the interstate and the rubber hit my car damaging the front bumper and radiator. I made it to the next exit and called for a tow. Had them tow it to the Buick dealer near me. Called and made a claim. Of course the claim center is overseas. With that complete they tell me the adjuster would contact me within 24 hrs. Well 4 days later I call to find out what was going on. They tried to get ahold of the agent apparently unsuccessful hand me off to another claim agent. Well 5 days later I call him and still no one has gone out to look at the car telling me it was because it wasn't in their network of shops. I call to speak with my agent in Little Rock, but I am redirected to a call center in the Philippines. Unacceptable!!!!
